Meet Simon

Simon, Personal Trainer

Simon conducts group fitness sessions, personal training, and managers our Strongman & Powerlifting training.

Simon's focus is on peak performance. He specialises in powerlifting, strongman, functional training, and HIIT.

  • 4 x Fight Training Camps in Thailand
  • Conducted Group Fitness Session at Tiger Muay Thai Thailand
  • Over 10 years martial arts experience
  • Powerlifting PB's - Deadlift 250kg, Squat 210kg, Bench 170kg
  • Strongman PB's - Push Jerk 150kg, Log 123kg, Yoke 365kg 15m, Farmers 140kg 15m
    Strongman - ASA Nationals 2017 U105kg 5th place, Victoria's Strongest 2016 5th place
