We offer Personal Training (1 client) and Semi-Private Training (2 to 4 clients). All sessions are tailored to meet the client’s individual goals and improve their weakness'.
We provide weekly, fortnightly, monthly, and casual personal training sessions.
Sessions can include a range of training such as powerlifting or strongman competition training. We can also include rehabilitation exercises and programs given to you by other health care practitioners such as physios.
Our Accelerate Program offers clients 2-3 structured programmed sessions per week for a minimum of 8 weeks. Two of these sessions are completed with coaching assistance, the third session is completed by the client during weekend open gym. Sessions are completed by the client at their own pace, and depending on what is programmed can take anywhere between 50-90mins.
